Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help us expand our clientele. The candidate will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

Qualifications/Skills required
  1. Minimum 2 to 5 years working experience as, a business development executive or senior BDE or a relevant role.
  2. Must be conversant with the IT business development process including initiating calls, understanding requirements, proposals, price negotiation, deal closure, contract, etc.
  3. Should be Lead Management skills with the abilities to create a business pipeline and plan the business accordingly
  4. The candidate should be Tech Savvy.
  5. Making the presentation to the clients, negotiating rates, and following up till the closure
  6. B.Tech/BCA/MCA/MBA

 

Roles and Responsibilities
  1. Candidate must possess good communication skills to handle clients
  2. S/He must be good at email communications.
  3. S/He must be an open learner and must possess good knowledge of IT sales.
  4. Approachable and vibrant personality.
  5. Ability to approach any situation with patience and very strong empathy.
  6. Passion to deliver the highest levels of customer service at all times.
  7. Must be a team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets/deadlines.
Must have
  1. Proven work experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
  2. should have excellent time management and communication skills.
  3. An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
  4. Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
  5. Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
