Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Pipeline Management
Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold outreach, and other outbound channels
Identify and engage decision-makers such as Founders, CTOs, and Operations Heads
Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline
Track progress against sales targets and pipeline health
Qualify opportunities based on scope, timeline, and feasibility
2. Client Engagement & Requirement Analysis
Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements and challenges
Analyze business problems and align them with suitable IT solutions
Collaborate with technical teams to define scope and deliverables
3. Proposal Development & Deal Closure
Prepare tailored proposals and solution presentations
Handle negotiations and close deals effectively
4. Sales Operations & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools
Continuously refine sales strategies based on outcomes
Required Skills & Experience
Proven track record in lead generation and deal closure
Strong understanding of software development services and digital solutions
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage the complete sales lifecycle independently
Experience in outbound sales (LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Strong consultative selling and problem-solving approach
