We are looking for a dynamic Customer Service Executive who will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Customer service executive duties and responsibilities
Call on leads to introduce our products/services, understand their needs, and schedule demonstrations.
Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and nurture relationships.
Schedule and coordinate product demos with prospective clients, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.
Visit client locations as needed to provide personalized support and gather feedback.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Customer service executive requirements and qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Pleasant and professional appearance, maintaining a positive company image.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Ability to travel to client locations when required.
Proficient in using CRM software and other office applications.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proven track record of successful lead generation and sales.
Proven experience in a customer support or sales role, preferably involving both phone and in-person interactions.
