  • Call on leads to introduce our products/services, understand their needs, and schedule demonstrations.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and nurture relationships.
  • Schedule and coordinate product demos with prospective clients, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.
  • Visit client locations as needed to provide personalized support and gather feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.

Customer service executive requirements and qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Pleasant and professional appearance, maintaining a positive company image.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Ability to travel to client locations when required.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other office applications.

  • Proven track record of successful lead generation and sales.
  • Proven experience in a customer support or sales role, preferably involving both phone and in-person interactions.
