We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager/Coordinator with over 5 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a key player in driving both sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination across various channels and activities. This role involves overseeing digital marketing efforts, coordinating with third-party vendors, content creation, social media management, lead generation, and email marketing. The candidate will also play a crucial role in project coordination and vendor management, contributing to decision-making processes that drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Sales and Marketing Coordination: Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies, ensuring cohesive communication and execution of sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Digital Marketing: Lead and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media strategies, to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Content Creation: Develop and oversee the production of high quality content for various platforms, including social media, websites, blogs, and email campaigns, ensuring it aligns with brand messaging and sales goals.
  • Social Media Management: Strategize and execute social media plans to increase engagement, build brand loyalty, and drive traffic to the company’s digital platforms.
  • Lead Generation: Implement effective lead generation strategies through digital marketing efforts, working closely with the sales team to convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Email Marketing: Design, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, communicate with customers, and support sales initiatives.
  • Project Coordination: Manage marketing and sales related projects from planning to execution, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing coordination, digital marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Experience in content creation and social media management.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and support sales through marketing efforts.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong decision-making abilities with a focus on driving business growth.
  • Experience in vendor management and coordination with third party vendors.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM systems.

Preferred Skills:
