Hiring HR Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Executive to manage and supervise the HR department staff. This position involves recruitment, employee engagement, payroll management, and compliance with company policies and procedures. The HR Executive will work closely with department managers to meet the needs of the organization and foster a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verification for potential hires.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training.

2. Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
  • Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives and programs.

3. Payroll & Benefits Administration:

  • Assist in processing payroll and maintaining payroll records.
  • Manage employee benefits enrollment, changes, and queries.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.

4. Compliance & Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and submit reports as required by the management.

5. Performance Management:

  • Support the performance appraisal process, including tracking goals and managing timelines.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.
  • Help identify development needs and potential training opportunities for employees.

6. HR Projects:

  • Participate in HR projects such as policy development, process improvements, and employee surveys.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices.

Requirements

  • Master degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience in recruiting, training, or organizational development.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, HRIS, ATS, and HR analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Expertise in resolving conflicts and fostering healthy workplace relationships.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
