Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and organized Junior Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for candidates looking to gain experience in office administration. The Junior Admin will provide essential support to our administrative staff and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.


Role and Responsibilitis:

  • Maintain and organize both physical and digital files for easy access.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies, reorder when necessary, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Ensure office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.) is in good working condition and arrange for repairs when needed.
  • Draft and send letters, memos, and other communications on behalf of Sr. IT & Admin Executive for the organization.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, including sending invites, preparing agendas, and taking minutes for Sr. IT & Admin Executive.
    Manage executives’ calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings while avoiding conflicts.
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, or customers in a professional manner.
  • Address inquiries and resolve issues or direct them to appropriate personnel.
  • Assist with tracking and reporting expenses, process invoices and reimbursements.
  • Assist in planning and executing projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Work with different departments to facilitate communication and ensure project alignment.
  • Identify areas for improvement in administrative processes and suggest solutions.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, handling it with discretion and integrity.
  • Utilize office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and other tools (e.g., project management software) effectively.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting for common office technology issues.
  • Ensure smooth operation of an office and organization. 
  • Ability to perform additional Task as per the requirement.

Education & Experience:
