Hiring Quality Analyst Automation

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Quality Analyst in Automation to design, develop, and implement automated testing solutions, ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and maintain both manual and automatedtest cases to ensure the quality and stability of web, mobile, and desktop applications.
• Perform comprehensive API testing using tools like Postman, Rest Assured, and Swagger to verify backend integrations, data integrity, and business logic.
• Conduct security testing to identify vulnerabilities, potential security risks, and ensure applications meet compliance requirements; use tools like OWASP ZAP or Burp Suite.
• Perform load, performance, and stress testing using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling to assess the scalability and stability of applications under various traffic conditions. Analyze results to provide insights and suggestions for performance improvements
• Test applications across a variety of devices (smartphones, tablets, PCs) and ensure compatibility with different screen sizes, OS versions, and hardware configurations.
• Work on testing applications across different domains such as e-commerce, healthcare, finance, gaming, and enterprise solutions.
• Identify, log, and track bugs or issues using tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla), and work closely with development teams to resolve
  them.
• Analyze and identify root causes for defects and performance issues and provide actionable suggestions for improvements. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, productmanagers, designers) to ensure a deep understanding of business requirements and provide feedback on test strategies, design, and potential issues.
• Create and execute detailed test plans, test scripts, and test suites, following industry best practices and standards, while ensuring complete test coverage.
• Analyze and identify root causes for defects and performance issues and provide actionable suggestions for improvements.
• Ensure clear and thorough documentation of test results, test coverage, defect reports, and release notes to maintain transparency.

• Prepare and share release notes with the relevant teams, ensuring accurate communication of bug fixes, new features, and known issues.
• Provide ongoing feedback and support to the development team, ensuring seamless integration of quality assurance processes throughout the software development lifecycle
• Possess strong communication and collaboration skills to bridge gaps between teams, ensure smooth handoffs, and prevent misunderstandings or misalignments during development, testing, and deployment stages.
• Continuously research and adopt new testing tools, methodologies, and best practices to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
