Hiring Ruby on Rails/Spree Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Ruby on Rails (RoR) / Spree Developer with 2–3 years of experience to
join our development team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with
Spree Commerce and a solid understanding of e-commerce workflows. Strong proficiency in
English is required to effectively collaborate with cross-functional and customer-facing teams.


Key Responsibilities


● Develop, customize, and maintain e-commerce applications using Ruby on Rails and
Spree Commerce
● Implement and support e-commerce features such as product catalog, checkout,
payments, promotions, and integrations
● Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
● Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance
● Collaborate closely with QA, product, and business teams
● Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices


Required Skills & Qualifications


● 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails
● Experience with Spree Commerce
● Good understanding of e-commerce domain concepts
● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
● Proficient in spoken and written English
● Experience with Git and agile development methodologies


Preferred Qualifications

● Prior experience on customer-facing e-commerce platforms
● Exposure to third-party integrations (payment gateways, shipping, tax, etc.)
● Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
