Job Description 

We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Technical Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and coordinating product demonstrations for our software solutions. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with 6 months of relevant experience who is passionate about technology and client engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to leads via phone, email, or other communication channels to understand their needs and assess their interest in our software products.
  • Follow up with leads to provide additional information, answer questions, and nurture relationships.
  • Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations in alignment with the availability of both clients and internal team members.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and update relevant databases or CRM systems accordingly.
  • Collaborate closely with our technical and sales teams to ensure the smooth delivery of product demonstrations and address any technical queries or concerns raised by clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product features, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate the value proposition of our software solutions.
  • Provide feedback to the development team based on client interactions and market insights to contribute to product enhancements and improvements.

Must have

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar role, preferably in the software or technology industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage lead pipelines and schedules effectively.
  • Technical aptitude and a basic understanding of software products and solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in using communication and scheduling tools, as well as CRM software.

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred but not required.
