Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Technical Coordinator to manage and streamline the coordination of technical projects, ensuring smooth communication between technical teams, clients, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, technical, and communication skills to support the project life cycle from planning through execution and closure.

Skill and qualification

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in project coordination or technical support roles, preferably in a technical environment.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of software development processes, IT infrastructure, or other technical domains (specific knowledge based on industry).
  • Project Management Tools: Experience with project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate smooth communication between technical and
    non-technical teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically, troubleshoot issues, and escalate as necessary.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, managing cross-functional relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with development tools, cloud technologies, or IT infrastructure will be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum Methodologies: Experience in coordinating technical teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Work closely with project managers and technical teams to coordinate activities and ensure timely delivery
    of project milestones.Technical Documentation: Maintain and manage technical documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams, clients, management, and other stakeholders to
    communicate project status, challenges, and updates.
  • Coordination with Management: Collaborate with senior management to align project objectives with company goals, providing regular updates and recommendations on technical strategies.
  • Issue Tracking: Identify and track project issues, facilitating resolutions with the appropriate technical teams.
  • Resource Allocation: Assist in the allocation of technical resources based on project needs and priorities.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and participate in project-related meetings, preparing agendas, taking notes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all deliverables meet the required technical specifications and standards.
  • Tool Management: Coordinate and manage software tools used by technical teams to facilitate collaboration, testing, and deployment.
  • Training and Support: Provide technical support and training to internal teams as required.
  • Risk Management: Monitor and address potential project risks, ensuring that mitigating strategies are in place.
